Clearance certificate regarding soundness of Internal Electrification of the building

Application seeking clearance certificate regarding soundness of Internal Electrification of the building required under Section 162(1) of the Electricity Act-2003 & Regulation No. 45 of Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations 2023 for Polyclinic / Nursing Home/ Private Hospital/Laboratory/ Radiological clinic/ Pathological collection centre etc in the state of Tripura as per provisions vide Annexure- VI(B) checklist No. 16 of The Tripura Clinical Establishments (Registration & Regulation) Rules, 2021 including amendments thereof.

NOTE :

1. Information on fees, procedure and a comprehensive list of all documents for getting electrical clearance regarding soundness of Internal Electrification of the building for Polyclinic / Nursing Home/ Private Hospital/Laboratory/ Radiological clinic/ Pathological collection centre is available in office and web portal of Power Department.
2. The Electrical Inspector may require certain tests to be carried out during inspection of internal electrification at Polyclinic / Nursing Home/ Private Hospital/Laboratory/ Radiological clinic/ Pathological collection centre.
3. Fees for inspection of internal electrification is set against estimation.
4. The validity of clearance certificate regarding soundness of Internal Electrification of the building shall not exceed five years.
